Objectives:
To gather the people who have a common interest to question the notion of the ‘found material’, invite the participant to analyse from the social, economical, political and cultural aspect of construction and the fabrication process in relation to the found material and it context.
- Share knowledge and skills.
- The process of sharing and cooperation becomes the work itself.
- To put these discussions into action in a public space.
- Encourage people to think and act differently, from conventional ways of thinking.
- To think of objects outside of a capitalistic system.
- To create and imagine an alternative mode of life.
- Encourage and stimulate people to take action.
- Expand the idea of an individualistic artistic practice to a communal act.
- Connect people of different nationalities, gender, race and class.
- Reach out to people who otherwise might not have contact with the art community.
- Use public space and create art which takes place out of conventional art spaces.
